The Canadian enthusiasm for 18:1 olive oils is real and growing!
Chefs, food lovers, and fans of fine dining came out in full force to meet us at the Yul Eat Festival 2017.
With a festive and relaxed vibe, filled with plenty of meet-and-greets and tastings, it was an event we can't wait to experience again!
18:1 is now in the kitchens of Canadian chefs, as well as in around twenty gourmet shops, including the famous "Bête à Pain" by Marc-André Royal.
