18:1, the olive oil

Alexis Muñoz olive oils

With a name inspired by the simplified formula of oleic acid, 18:1 is a contemporary interpretation of traditional know-how.

The experience acquired from working with Michelin starred-chefs has led Alexis Muñoz to develop monovarietal olive oils, designed for gastronomy and anyone enjoying good products.

3 bottles of Alexis Muñoz 18:1 extra virgin olive oil aligned on a rustic wooden background, surrounded by olive branches and green olives, with labels indicating the Picual, Arbequine, and Cornicabra varieties.

Alexis Muñoz, the nomadic and committed producer

Because Alexis Muñoz believes that olive oil is an ingredient of high quality, he has decided to part with normal standards and establish his own rules.

All his production revolves around the variety and maturity of his fruit. No mixing, no
assembly lines, only the juice of the olive, harvested during the day and pressed
by night, guaranteeing an incomparable freshness of taste.

His expertise is also the guarantee of a perfect balance of choice between varieties and the
different fruit that he offers in his 100% monovarietal range.
