From an early age, Alexis Muñoz developed a deep appreciation for olive oil. Soon, he left the Ariège mountains of his childhood behind and began traveling across the Mediterranean basin to uncover the secrets of the olive tree, the fruit, and the precious nectar extracted from olives. Growing up with olive oil in his daily life, Alexis now tastes between 400 and 500 oils every year to continue refining his knowledge and expertise.
