With the goal of revitalizing French olive varieties and planting the finest Mediterranean varieties, Alexis is developing a state-of-the-art production site.

As a passionate advocate, he is doing everything he can to continue offering the guarantee of an exceptional olive oil—accessible to all and without compromise. In this planting endeavor, he is refining and perfecting his specifications, continuing his work on variety and ripeness.
