C18:1 is the simplified formula of oleic acid, one of the unsaturated free fatty acids found in olive oil, but also abundantly present in the human body. It is beneficial to regularly include it in one's diet for overall health.

The name of our olive oils is directly inspired by this formula—something that feels natural when considering the rich organoleptic qualities of our two green and black fruity oils.
