To help you embrace the sunny mood of summer, here are a few pairing suggestions with our 18:1 Olive Oils. 


The First Harvest, with its intense green tomato aromas, will beautifully complement a fresh goat cheese, a crisp vegetable salad, or even a wild salmon carpaccio.

For your grilling and hot dishes, we recommend the Late Harvest 18:1, with its notes of candied black olives, reminiscent of traditional olive oils. Perfect with mashed potatoes!
