Proud to Support La Cuillère d'Or 2018

La Cuillère d'Or is the competition for the best female chef, open to both professionals and amateurs, and will take place on March 7-8, 2018.

For the first time… three trophies will be awarded: The Golden Spoon for Cuisine, The Golden Spoon for Pastry, and The Little Golden Spoon for young girls.

We are incredibly proud and committed to supporting all the talented women, still too underrepresented today in the world of gastronomy. We join the three presidents of the competition’s juries — Anne-Sophie Pic, Jacotte Brazier, and Pierre Hermé — in applauding and supporting this wonderful initiative, which encourages women to pursue their passion with the same intensity that we put into 18:1!
