First, for its variations of the famous dessert. An endless variations of delicate flavors, based on prestige products, parmesan, truffle. Also, for its exclusive creation, which it keeps secret : a paste of olive oil, without any other ingredient than a solidified olive oil, proposed as an appetizer.
