After a long period away from chefs and professionals, the 18:1 team was thrilled to participate in the second edition of SIRHA GREEN, held at La Sucrière in Lyon.
Meeting professionals dedicated to responsible food service, we were able to share our passion, introduce our 18:1 & Limited Edition monovarietal olive oils, all certified organic and sourced from responsible farming practices.
