A beautiful and happy New Year 2013, with our heads in the olives!

2012 saw the birth of Alexis Muñoz Olive Oils through an unprecedented production approach.
On the chalky soils of the most beautiful olive-growing regions, we select mills to build with them a sustainable and profitable partnership. We have created a very demanding specification, reflecting our quest for excellence, from the size of the tree to the harvest, from milling to separation, from storage to packaging.
It is by evaluating the quality of the soil and the flavor of a variety that we choose a new region to produce our oil. A model that takes time but yields virtuous effects on production levels through the exchange and collaboration we create with all the actors in the supply chain.
