This week, Alexis Muñoz was at Lucas Carton in Paris as part of the Young Talents Gault&Millau award, a project we’re proud to partner with.


He met four promising young chefs: Martin Maumet, Renaud Marcille, Lise Deveix, and Yoshinori Morie.
They will soon be opening their own restaurants, and Alexis Muñoz is supporting them, because we know how important it is to back young entrepreneurs! To be continued...


A special mention goes to Chef Julien Dumas, who had the boldness to reinterpret his menu as a cocktail experience... We absolutely loved it!
