Here’s a simple and elegant recipe idea celebrating the season’s last figs, paired with the creamy sweetness of burrata and generously finished with 18:1 olive oil!

Fig & Burrata Salad

  • A few perfectly ripe figs
  • One beautiful, creamy burrata
  • Picual 18:1 olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

A quick dish, yet incredibly chic.
