Following our entry into the European ranking of the Top 50 Farmers 2026, I had the opportunity to speak on Pyrénées FM.

Beyond this recognition, this interview is also a chance to reflect on the project we are collectively building: a regenerative olive farming system, deeply rooted in living ecosystems, with the ambition of bringing life back to an entire territory.

Today, there are already several hundred thousand olive trees planted, a rapidly structuring industry… and this is just the beginning.
