18:1 Olive Oil, Sneak Preview!

In a prestigious spot of Parisian bistronomy, Alexis Muñoz unveiled 18:1. Created with chefs in mind, it blends practicality in container design with creativity and originality in its presentation... and a simplified price!
A select group of renowned journalists gathered for the event: an introduction to the sensory tasting of olive oils, a presentation of the “newcomer”… followed by a unique lunch prepared by Chef Elie Fishmann, featuring the olive oils that Alexis Muñoz dedicates to haute cuisine.
18:1 is a monovarietal olive oil with a green fruity flavor, very well-balanced, made from the "Arbosana" variety grown, harvested, and pressed in the province of Córdoba.
18:1... it's the simplified formula for oleic acid!
