Monovarietal Virgin olive oil. Created in the Gard, region of south of France, Intense is produced with black olives, picked at the end of December. Before extracting the oil, olives are put into a controlled fermentation. Olive oil with an intense and round taste. It offers a candied black olive aroma and tastes like plum and hazelnuts.
Ideal on cheese, toasted bread, vegetables, meat, fish, dish and sauce, chocolate and in general for pastry.
Limited Editions are produced in small quantities and sold to few Chefs. Very Limited quantitiy.
Our opaque glass bottle has an anti-UV filter, in order to maintain can characteristics: protect olive oil from heat, light and oxidation.
Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means. Keep away from light, store in a dry and cool place.
