Created in a tiny olive mill "Domaine des Captives" in southern France In the Occitanie region, Alexis Muñoz harvests the olives late in the season and allows them to ferment for several days. The olive oil reveals racy aromas of candied black olives.
An aroma of prunes and hazelnut to the nose and in the mouth.
